Broadwater Roofs

The neighborhood has mostly hip and gable roofs, or a combination thereof. Originally, roofs were required to be concrete or clay tile, slate, or wood shakes. Since the deed restrictions expired in 2000, some owners have opted for less expensive shingle roofs.
