Broadwater Pools

Most of the homes in the neighborhood have pools, but there’s quite a variety of styles and materials. Screening is really a personal preference, but non-screened pools may be built closer to the seawalls. Flat screens at a lower height were typical in the 70’s, but are being replaced by “birdcage” enclosures.
