St. Petersburg & South Pinellas
Whether you area headed to dinner on St. Pete Beach, a ball game at Tropicana Field or shopping at Tyrone Mall you can get there quickly. St. Petersburg is an easy city to get around and Broadwater is a great starting point. The Pinellas Bayway (54th Ave S), just a few blocks south of Broadwater will take you to the gulf beaches in minutes. US 19 (34th St S) will take you right through the heart of Pinellas County and beyond. I-275 can get you to most places in a snap whether it's The Sunshine Skyway, Downtown St. Pete or Carillon and the Gandy Business District, homes of such large employers as Jabil Circuit, Franklin Templeton and Raymond James. Also, don't forget that Broadwater's prime location on Boca Ciega Bay makes it ideal for commuting by boat. Shoot over to a restaurant in Gulfport or go under one of the bayway bridges and head for the open waters of Tampa Bay and the Gulf of Mexico.
