Broadwater Docks & Boats

The majority of Broadwater homes are waterfront; ideal for boaters! You’ll find small and large boats, both power and sail. Davits have been replaced in popularity by boat lifts. Larger yachts and sailboats require tie poles. Docks, although primarily made of wood, are now frequently being built of more durable synthetic materials.

This dock has a catwalk and davits.

Davits are the large metal arms on the left.

A Boat Lift sits under the boat rather than suspending it.

A Boat Hoist, like davits, holds the boat above the water.

Tie Poles are an essential part of any dock area.

This dock is made of new composite material rather than traditional wood.
